all appointments will receive text/email reminders and a complimentary confirmation call
arrival: please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late or more, we will call to reschedule your appointment.
cancellation: a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. no-shows will be charged in full before additional appointments can be made. a credit card is required to reserve tree or more services. deposits are required for bridal parties.
we guarantee our products & services 100%. if you are unhappy with your product bring it back and we will find one to better suit your needs.
children are welcome at n salo if they have an appointment. for their safety and ours, they are not allowed beyond the waiting area.

for licensed hairdressers at any skill level looking to refine and refresh the classic cuts. learn how to build good foundations that guarantee you give your client what works best for their image and lifestyle.
rates: $300 for 120 minutes. each additional hour is $100.

travel policy & specialty rates
we charge a $100 non-refundable travel fee for the first stylist up to 45 miles. each additional stylist is $50. quotes adjusted for distances greater than 45 miles.
we can be flexible to fit your wedding day needs! we charge $50 per hour to book before or after the salon's regular hours and $200 to book any day the salon is closed.
deposit & booking info
there is a 50% non-refundable deposit for all services and travel fees. this is to be paid at booking, at which time we will schedule a non-negotiable trial appointment for all bridal services. if more than the bride is scheduling services, a 50% non-refundable deposit of all services is due at the time the appointment is scheduled.
